I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order once it’s been confirmed, so you’ll need to create another order.

Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.
I gave you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent to our production team, we won’t be able to change the delivery address. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
I need my order now. Can I pay more for a faster delivery service?
Yes, we can supply DHL/UPS for faster delivery, the shipping cost will be quoted depends on your destination and gross weight/volume.

I’ve ordered a few different products; can you post them together in one parcel?
Probably we won’t do this except you tell us to do so. We will double check your orders with gross weight/volume if acceptable to ship together.

I ordered a few products but I’ve only received some of them; where are my other gifts?
Maybe we will divide your order into several packages for delivery because SF express only accept small package less than 5kg/pack. We will send you several tracking numbers for every packs.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? Will they know it’s from me?
If you’d like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the delivery address. Most of our orders are sent with a delivery note,however it’s not a gift message. The delivery note is printed with the contents of the parcel, the recipient’s name and address, and the sender’s name and address. There aren’t any prices on the delivery note.
How long it will be delived?
We ship by SF international express from China, normally it will take about 10-15days for delivery, it depends on your destination. For example, 7-10 days to USA, 8-11 days to EU…
Also, we can supply DHL/UPS for faster delivery, the shipping cost will be quoted depends on your destination and gross weight/volume.

How do I return my item?
Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over Live Chat, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.
I’ve decided to cancel my order, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we’ll try to cancel your order before it is sent to our production team.
Unfortunately, once an order has been received by our production team we can’t cancel it.
My order has arrived and it’s broken – help!
We’re really sorry that your gift hasn’t arrived in one piece. We know how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem.
As we’re an online shop and don’t have a store you can go to, the quickest and easiest way for us to help with a broken/damaged gift is to see a photograph/video of it. Please contact us and upload a photo/video of the damaged gift.
We will send you a new one or full refund.
I have a discount code but I forgot to apply it!
Don’t worry, you should still be able to claim the discount. As long as your discount code is still valid, we’ll happily refund the difference.

Unfortunately, you can’t use a discount code on our cards or on postage and packaging costs.
I don’t want to write my message in English, can I write it in another language? And can I use special characters, too?
Yes, we can support all languages worldwide and special characters.
There isn’t enough space in the box for my personalisation, what should I do?
Each personalised gift on our site goes through various design stages, with the product designers testing the position of each character. The final character limit is the one our designers think looks best on the product, and we think it’s wise to trust their opinions!
